The true value of any insurance plan is whether it will pay out when a claim is made.

 

That’s why we are pleased to talk about our claims paid statistics as below:

 

• 95.04% of all claims paid in 2022 - over £539,000 paid out in claims benefit to members
• 96.32% of all claims paid 2020-2022 inclusive

 

The reasons for non-payment of claims during the year were due to members not meeting standard policy terms and conditions.

 

This shows that we are there to support our members when incapacity strikes and they need financial help and support.
