Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm - our staff work both in the office and remotely, and our telephone lines and email are fully operational between those hours. Whilst the office is open every day, not all members of staff may be available on site, please check in advance if you are planning a visit to meet a specific staff member. Please note, the office is only open until 12:00 on a Friday.
