As previously reported in the Financial Statements, the Society has been working on refreshing its Board of Management as part of its succession planning. We are delighted to announce the appointment of another new non-executive member of the Board who has taken up her post from 1 January 2022.
Imogen Astley Marsh has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years, most recently as Group HR Director for OneFamily, the Financial Services Mutual. Imogen has Board experience as HR Director, Pensions Secretary and Charity Trustee, supporting, challenging and advising on Board level HR decisions.
